See just how easy making your own cider can be.
Time for Hard Cider It's always harvest season when you're brewing your own cider. We love grabbing some fresh apple juice and making a quick batch (or three) of hard cider whenever we get the chance. Our Hard Cider Kit gets a lot of use. In addition to the equipment you need, it comes with 3 packets of champagne yeast plus enough sanitizer for 3 batches of dry, sparkling cider. Plus, it's totally reusable for any fermented beverage. Just pick up a gallon of juice, and start making some cider. Minimally pasteurized works best. | | | | | - Makes 3 batches of dry, sparkling cider (just add juice)

Second, all you need are some new ingredients. | | Try Juicing Your Own Apples While we usually buy all-natural apple juice at a farmers market or grocery store, at least once a year we try juicing our own apples for a very special autumnal cider.
