We've been asking our spice merchants for their favorite easy dinner recipes, inspired by one of our gourmet spice blends. This week's theme is taco night, with vegan tempeh tacos and simple shrimp tacos on the menu.

Taco Seasoning Work is hard. School is hard. Life is hard. Taco night, thank goodness, is easy. It starts with taco seasoning blended from mild chiles, tomato, garlic, onion, and our freshly ground spices. This blend is traditionally used for ground beef, but we love using it for quick shrimp tacos. Salt Free Adobo Seasoning Originally used in Spain and Portugal for curing meat, adobo's rich flavors are delicious with vegetables, too. Today, it is used in Uruguayan mojo sauce and Mexican puerco yucateco. Combined with a bit of juice from our canned chipotle peppers, this blend is an outstanding seasoning for tempeh.
