In the United States, Saint Patrick's Day celebrates Irish culture through music, dance, dress, and, of course, food. While parades and parties may not be in our plans this year, cooking delicious food is a tradition we're excited to celebrate.
It wouldn't be Saint Patrick's Day without corned beef and cabbage—an Irish-American classic, spiced with mustard seed, coriander, allspice, and bay leaves.
