Vadouvan Lentil Soup
The Vadouvan Curry makes this vegan recipe incredibly rich and tasty. Best served with pieces of warmed flatbread, like naan or ciabatta.

Salt Free Adobo Seasoning
Originally used in Spain and Portugal for curing meat, adobo's rich flavors are delicious with vegetables, too. We love seasoning a pot of black beans with this blend of onion, garlic, pepper, oregano, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
Vadouvan Curry
Vadouvan Curry is a sweeter, shallot-based version of masala curry. It is commonly used in many Tamil lamb and shrimp dishes, but makes for amazing vegetable recipes like lentil soup and oven-roasted cauliflower florets.
Garam Masala
Garam Masala, which means warming spices, comes from northern India. Instead of turmeric, this blend includes rarer spices: cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Our version swaps the standard cumin out for charnushka seeds, also known as nigella.
Hot Chili Powder
Hailing from the American Southwest, chili powder is at the core of Tex-Mex cooking. While chili powder makes amazing taco meat marinades and chili con carne, it also creates some of the most delicious beans we have ever tasted. Don't forget vegan chili too!
