We've taken our love for the classic combination of burgers and beer to the next level by spiking this patty with a craft stout like our Oatmeal Stout. | | | | Though easily overlooked, the bun is the foundation of a great burger. It needs to be sturdy enough to hold everything together, soft enough to give when you bite into it, and delicious. This is why we bake ours using spent grain from the beer making process. | | | | | Making your own mayonnaise is surprisingly easy and the pay-off is great (like making your own beer!).
