In some areas you can also have them filled at a fire extinguisher shop or a welding store.  Approved for use in the USA (DOT) and Canada. The ICC (Interstate Commerce Commission) stamp is approved for use in both countries. It is important to always secure any gas cylinder with a strap or chain. Dropping a cylinder on the valve can cause it to fail and could cause bodily damage! Cylinders should be "Hydro" (hydrostatic) tested every five years, but these should last a lifetime!
