Well, our luck is running out next week, when the temperature is supposed to climb past 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Reviews Editor Danny Perez said the u-shape "allows the window to further envelop the unit unlike the classic box style, which can lead to hot air coming in and more cold air escaping." And Reviews Editor Amber Joglar said that using the Black + Decker's portable unit "has significantly changed how comfortable I am in my home on warm days," even if it is really loud on its highest settings.
